I was in need of event insurance for an art show/festival. I was given a quote over the phone followed up by an email. When I called to follow through and completed the purchase, I discovered they only cover events that have one location - why was this information not shared when I called the first time and got a quote? So I explained that festivals/fairs/shows like ours happen throughout an area/neighborhood/city etc. Apparently they only cover events that happen at one address - and the Rep just kept repeating to me I could buy their insurance for one address (knowing that meant that 99% of my event would not be covered). She was not friendly and not very helpful. How do they call themselves EVENT INSURANCE when they are not able to cover a pretty basic type of event (art fairs, porch fest, hometown days, etc)....I have purchased insurance from other companies for over 20 years for this event. RVNA was recommended to me to so I thought I would give them a try. Nope! They only cover SOME events and their customer service is rude! Bye bye!
