What are lifesaver!

I've been working with RV Nuccio for several years as a DJ. Been through some hard times and ups and downs and they have always been there to support me and help me in a pinch.

Most recently I was able to get some emergency help from a customer service rep Cheryl Allen and she is an absolute ace! Though I called a bit frantic in need of a quick change she was able to keep me calm and gave me confidence that she could get the job done and work through everything I needed to make sure I am ready for a big job. I am so thankful for people like this especially in today's day and age where niceties patients and expertise are fleeting especially when it comes to customer service. Thank you again!!!!

I contacted RV Nuccio about insuring a concert my company was hosting. Within an hour I was speaking to Aileen and she helped me procure the policy needed. The next day, we had an urgent situation arise with this same concert and she was able to help me get the additional coverage in place, even though it was at the end of her day. She contacted the underwriter and called me back quickly and I was able to purchase the additional coverage. RV Nuccio has definitely earned my business.

What an experience I had with Ally when I called to purchase insurance. She went over the different coverages we asked about. It was a long conversation but she was patient and knoweledgeable.

Cheryl was amazing and did not try and sell me insurance that I didn't need. The other quotes were waaay out of line for event insurance with the expectation of 2,000 people in attendance. We really appreciated Cheryl grasping the situation quickly too as our deadline was coming soon. It was a great event, no mishaps, and everyone enjoyed it!

Our company produces a few big annual spectacles a year in NYC and we also have DJs carrying their own annual policies. We have been happy customers since 2018 with a break - like most of the world - during covid.

Highly recommend to our fellow event pros. We have been in business since the late 1980s and have had so many insurance headaches with events. RV Nuccio has eliminated 95% of them. Being able to add additional insureds online is such a big timesaver in itself. When you do need help with something it is there, quickly. When a venue changed their liability requirements after the policy was purchased, the knowledgeable and excellent customer service people (I used the phone options) made it all work.
