I tried to use their service through the American DJ Association and with the hassle of their out dated website and the online application that wasn't compatible....and then forced to call their 1-800 number and deal with the "Karen's" on the other end of the phone that said I was yelling at them... but she knows what yelling is now, I assure you. You lost a customer.

Our company produces a few big annual spectacles a year in NYC and we also have DJs carrying their own annual policies. We have been happy customers since 2018 with a break - like most of the world - during covid.

Highly recommend to our fellow event pros. We have been in business since the late 1980s and have had so many insurance headaches with events. RV Nuccio has eliminated 95% of them. Being able to add additional insureds online is such a big timesaver in itself. When you do need help with something it is there, quickly. When a venue changed their liability requirements after the policy was purchased, the knowledgeable and excellent customer service people (I used the phone options) made it all work.

Lauren was a HUGE help! I own a DJ company, the clients requested a special endorsement that was needed that same day with the event being the next day. Lauren came to the rescue! She answered my call and walk me though everything, she had the document emailed to me in 5 minutes! Great customer service, I have been with RV Nuccio for years and highly recommend them.

So many film insurance companies "say" they work with low-budget films but they are still ridiculously priced. I stumbled across RV Nuccio when we needed to do a day of pick-ups for a short film we had already shot (and previously gotten very expensive short-term insurance elsewhere.) Well better late than never! RV Nuccio had not only the best quote I found but in some cases, they were HALF the price of some other better-known (and widely used) companies. I love that they truly deal with small low-budget films. Not just say they do and then quote a bucket like all the other companies do.

The quote will be for a year's policy BUT it was still cheaper for us than a short-term policy anywhere else.

I dealt with Rose O. who was a freaking legend - incredibly helpful, kind, funny, and didn't bloody talk down to me! The number of times I can count being talked down to by a man at these other companies is ridiculous! She was also incredibly receptive when we had last-minute changes.

I just had the best experience with this company and I want more people to find them.
